The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Cost Reimbursement and Firm-Fixed-Price sole source single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of 60 months to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) on 16 June 2020. This contract was awarded to NGSC on a sole source basis in accordance with 10.USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(c), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
