This synopsis is for two NSNs: 4235-01-399-3035, Oil Sorbent; Unit bale contains 100 sheets, each sheet is 17 in X 17 in, and is in accordance with the following: Part Number HP-556 with Cage 0T1L6. NSN 4235-01-415-9190, Oil Sorbent; Unit box contains 3 each, and is in accordance with the following: Part Number M-FL550DD with Cage 50378. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus four option years. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement. For 4235-01-399-3035, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 420 BE for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 105 BE. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 840 BE for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 105 / 420 BE. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. For 4235-01-415-9190, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 4 BX for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 1 BX. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 7 BX for the base and option years.
