This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This is a non-personal services, Performance-Based Acquisition (PBA) contract to provide Environmental Services in support of environmental compliance activities at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB) near Clovis, New Mexico and Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB). The Scope of the proposed work is outlined below; additional details and a breakdown of proposed tasks are included in Part 5. -Conduct annual LTM/LUC compliance inspections, reporting, and maintenance at Cannon AFB landfills LF001 and LF005 as required by the facility RCRA permit -Conduct annual LTM/LUC compliance inspections and reporting at Holloman AFB sites LF010, LF058, OT004, WP049, and WP050 as required by the facility maintenance program. -Conduct maintenance and repair activities at Cannon AFB landfill LF005 including mowing, landfill cap repair, and fence repair.
