This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0416 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the USDA-ARS- NEA Cool and Cold Water Aquaculture, requiring genomic DNA extractions from tissue samples stored in 95% ethanol and 0.5x whole genome sequencing via Illumina technology of 2,000 rainbow trout samples (Genome size ~2.4Gb).
