The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking proposals for Client/Customer Service Office space to serve the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Developmental Services. The requirement is for approximately 6,700 square feet of usable area, though the agency will consider options between 6,000 and 7,500 square feet. Target locations are limited to Douglas, Grafton, Millbury, Northbridge, Oxford, Uxbridge, or Webster for a 10-year lease term. The facility must include specific functional areas such as reception and waiting areas, interview and hearing rooms, client restrooms, and a 100 square foot wellness room. Technical requirements include ADA compliance, AWI custom grade construction standards, and adherence to EOTSS cabling guidelines. Solicitation # DACA095270088200
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking a fully-serviced lease for an Armed Forces Career Center in Torrance, California. The requirement is for Class A or B retail space with a minimum of 4,168 net usable square feet and a maximum of 4,739 gross rentable square feet.
