Full Description
This is a presolicitation notice for the purchase,installation and training of monitors, screens, PA systems and communications equipment for for Yokota Air Base Building 400 passenger holding area and breifing room .
All personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary, to remove all equipment and wiring cables and install all brand-new items on upgrade Passenger Briefing Room with updated Audio-Visual System.
The scope of the requirement is as follows.
- 1 set ; 165 inch Fixed Projection Screen with 1000 Lumen Laser projector mounted on ceiling
- 8 sets; 55 inch LED/LCD 4K Monitors
- PA System with 2 Handheld wireless Microphone, 2 digital wireless body clip-on microphones, with charging station for microphones.
- Comm Equipment: 1 x metal lockable Cabinet with cooling fan to house Sound System controls. 1 x 10-inch tabletop touch panel controls for sound system. A 200-watt amplifier to project the speaker’s voice. 4 x 6.5-inch two-way ceiling speakers, 1 x Executive lectern.
- Removal of existing 1 x monitor, 1 x white board, 1 x ceiling mounted projector.
- Operation training for installed equipment
All offerors are required to have a Japanese Cage Code for product maintenance purposes.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
