This Request for Cooperative Quote (RFCQ) is for the Lone Star College System North Harris Winship Building Restroom Renovation. The System seeks to contract with a Job Order Contract (or "JOC") Cooperative-awarded contractor to complete the project as stated in the Scope of Work. Please direct any questions regarding this RFCQ to Lydia Sterling, Sr. Commodity Manager, through the questions and answers tab. Cooperative JOC Quotes shall be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System e-Bid system. Bidders are required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all quote request terms. The Lone Star College System will accept quotes from the issue date until is closed at 2:00 p.m. CST on October 21, 2026.
