This Contract contains the following Prerequisites:
A. The bidder must demonstrate the following:
1.) That the bidder has worked on at least two projects of similar size and type in the past five years.
2.) That the bidder has worked on at least one project on or near a railroad where access requirements, rail safety requirements and close coordination with the rail line were required and preference will be given to contractors with recent experience with Amtrak.
