Logan Terminal Partners LLC (“LTP”) is soliciting Construction Management at Risk Services for redevelopments of Terminal C, Boston Logan International Airport, East Boston, Massachusetts (“Project”). LTP is an affiliate of Vantage Group (“Vantage”), which was selected by JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”), the lessee of Terminal C, as the development and delivery partner and agent for the Massachusetts Port Authority (“Massport”) for the Project. This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, Sections 1 thru 13 and Massport’s 2026 Construction Manager At-Risk Procedures, as applicable. LTP is seeking a highly qualified and competent Construction Manager (a “CMR Firm”) to provide preconstruction services and implement the construction of the Project in accordance with an agreement where the basis for payment is the cost of the work plus a fee with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price. The Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is being utilized to prequalify and shortlist construction management firms that will be invited to submit proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to be issued by LTP.
