LUMBAR PUNCTURE KIT

This contract is for the procurement of Lumbar Puncture Kits, supplied in cases of ten units. Each kit is a comprehensive set containing a multi-compartment tray, a 3ml syringe with a 25G needle, a 22G spinal needle with stylet, lidocaine hydrochloride, specimen vials, and various sterile supplies including gauze, a fenestrated drape, and patient identification labels. The items must be delivered within 20 days after the order is placed. The supplier must adhere to strict packaging and marking standards, specifically Medical Marking Standard No. 1. A critical requirement is the shelf life of 12 months, with a mandate that no more than two months have passed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery to the government. All packaging must be commercial grade and capable of protecting the contents from damage during transit.
