Hanscom Air Force Base is conducting preliminary market research to explore the availability of commercial sources capable of providing a comprehensive range of multimedia services currently performed by government personnel. This effort aligns with OMB Circular A-76 requirements and covers services including graphic and video production, presentation setup, photography, video teleconferencing operation, production services, customer support, disaster control group support, and locally produced programming for the Commander's TV Channel. The multimedia functions support a variety of base needs such as training, official documentation, events, public affairs, and ongoing operational requirements. The government is not committing to awarding a contract but seeks information from interested firms to aid in future planning. Interested parties are requested to submit capability statements limited to ten pages, detailing organizational size, years of experience, relevant NAICS codes, past and current performance experience within the last three years, and contact information. Responses should also address the ability to meet the described multimedia services and provide insights into industry practices, quality control, contract performance measures, and transition timelines. Since no prior contracts exist for these services, the government seeks detailed references and feedback on the typical commercial integration of these multimedia functions. Electronic submissions are due by September 7, 2005, and must be directed to the specified contracting officer for review.
