AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and BuyandSell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted byJune 2, 2023 at 14:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation in the National Capital Region (NCR) Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to provide and conduct analysis, design, development and implementation of a new best in class finance and materiel management system solution that will leverage the SAP S/4 HANA platform currently being implemented by the RCMP. It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract, each for 2 years plus 1 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts.
