This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 15278576(Doc3851674940) dated January 31, 2023 with a closing of February 17, 2023 at 2p.m. EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-03-06 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the supply of medium coarse kiln-dried wood shavings (softwood) on an ''as and when requested'' basis. The destinations are Pakenham Breeding Farm and Ottawa Stable. The intend is to establish a one year contract with three (3) optional one-year periods. Up to two contracts may be awarded in result of this solicitation. The selection is based on the lowest responsive bid per destination.
