Reissue of Bid Solicitation This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M7594-233692/A dated November 29, 2023 with a closing of December 14, 2023 at 2 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2024-01-19 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a immediate operational requirement to procure four (4) Handheld High Pressure Mass Spectrometry (HPMS) systems for the detection of vapour, aerosols, liquid and solids from trace to bulk values for narcotics, explosives and Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA).
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st, 2024. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
