RRAD will provide the cabs to the Contractor in Condition Code F (Repairable) for pickup at its Hooks, TX facility. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this Announcement. RRAD will host a site visit in late March 2018 to allow prospective offerors to view a sample lot of cabs and ask technical questions. Pre-registration is free, open to all interested vendors, and attendance is strongly encouraged. Instructions will be posted to FedBizOpps once a specific date and time is known. The closing date for this notice is March 16, 2018. The solicitation, when released, will result in a contract with three ordering years.
