Public Announcement of Intent to Purchase on a Sole Source Basis The Government intends to procure a subscription to Magna Publications Online Seminar Series "The Teaching Professor". The purchase description is included as an attachment to this document (Attachment 1). NAICS: 519130 FSC: 7690 Size Standard: 500 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This announcement is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed source is Magna Publications, Inc. The proposed action is to acquire access to The Teaching Professor Online Seminar Series with a period of performance from 1 September 2011 through 31 August 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Air Force. The Government will consider any other information received within 5 days of issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Information relating to this announcement should be emailed to J.
