Further described as follows: (1 Each) Magnet Charger/Magnetizer Model 7515A-4 Manufacturer: Magnetic Instrumentation Inc. Voltage adjustment 70 to 425 VDC with 15,000 Mfd. Standard 115 VAC power cord Energy level Watt-second 1,350 Joules. Certificate of Conformance Charge and discharge switch. Integral electrical interlock and fail safe circuitry. (1 Each) Fixture Manufacturer: Magnetic Instrumentation Inc. Designed for the Model 7515A-4 magnetizer and magnetizing Magnet Assembly P/N's 5483810G002 & 5483810G001. Magnet Assemblies will be supplied by Tinker AFB for design and fabrication of fixture. Must be able to magnetize each Magnet Assembly to saturation as a six-pole magnet with adjacent poles of opposite polarity. All Alnico material shall be capable of being fully saturated. Fixture shall include potted coils in thermal conductive epoxy.
