Scope: The City of Fresno (City) Capital Projects Department is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Environmental Consulting firms to provide professional services for the capital improvement project at River West Fresno area as shown in the attached vicinity map. Funding for this project will be through State of California Wildlife Conservation Board Implementation Grant.Services will include performing biological surveys according to various guidelines for different plant or animal species and Extended Phase 1 Subsurface Testing as required in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) of the FEIR. The survey and testing results shall be prepared in a final report. In the MMRP, the specific scope of services requested are labeled in the “Completion of Implementation” column, under the “Action” column as “RFQ” and listed here. The Consultants shall coordinate with the Project’s construction contractor to perform the tasks during the time period specified in the MMRP.If your firm is interested in the consulting services for this project, please submit FIVE (5) copies of your SOQ.
