The U.S. Embassy Baku Main Entrance (Post 2) Roof Repair at the Chancery.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site. The pre-proposal site visit will be held on 03 August 2026, at 10:00 Baku time at the U.S. Embassy in Baku, Azadlig Avenue 111.
Prospective offerors/quoters planning to attend the site visit must submit the names (First and Last) and phone number of their company’s representatives who will attend to Procurement Agent Elnara Gurbanova at e-mail address: gurbanovaEN@state.gov no later than July 30, 2026, 18:00, Baku time.
This information must be provided to ensure access to the site. No substitutes or additional people may attend the site visit. Attendees must bring photo ID.
Quotations are due by 10 August 2026, 18:00 Baku time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
