Scope: The City of Santa Ana (City) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to furnish labor, equipment, and materials for services including, but not limited to, Resurface and restripe three parking lots along Main Street. The scope includes a 2” mill and overlay at each site with restriping per the attached striping plan. At select locations marked on the plans, a complete removal and replacement of asphalt and subgrade is required. At select locations, grinding and curb replacement is required. Construction of a new decomposed granite island and placement of boulders/ landscaping is also included in the scope. Lighting improvements at the three parking lots are additive alternate bid items.
