Main St. Parking Lot(s) Resurfacing and Restriping

The City of Santa Ana is soliciting bids for the resurfacing and restriping of three parking lots along Main Street under Project #25-7526, with a response deadline of August 7, 2026. The scope of work includes milling and overlaying existing asphalt with a 2-inch layer at each site, followed by restriping according to an attached plan, with selective areas requiring full removal and replacement of asphalt and subgrade, grinding, and curb replacement. Additional work involves constructing a new decomposed granite island and placing boulders and landscaping at designated locations. Lighting improvements are included as additive alternate bid items.
