This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Construction Services.

This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.101, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform preventative maintenance and apply pavement markings to base roads and parking lots. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the Engineer's Plan set, and all other standards specified in the contract.
