This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 123A94Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quotations for preventative maintenance and repairs on Agilent GCMS Triple Quad Systems. The FSIS Western Laboratory performs regulatory testing of meat, poultry, egg products, and Siluriformes for the presence of chemical contaminants (drugs, pesticides, and environmental contaminants).The objective of this requirement is to ensure that all instruments are repaired in a timely manner and fully operational to maintain required sample throughput and turnaround time for sample results. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, and materials including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts to maintain the systems identified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
