Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD INTENDS TO SOLE SOURCE under solicitation number W56KGU-16-P-0001. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to Ideal Aerosmith, 3001 South Washington St., Grand Forks, ND 5820106716 as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice.
