The US Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) intends to award a sole source Order to J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., under MOBIS Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS-10F-0055K. The Order will be awarded with a base year (10/1/09 � 9/30/10; and four one-year options (Option Year I � 10/1/10 � 9/30/11; Option Year II � 10/1/10 � 9/30/11; Option Year III � 10/1/11 - 9/30/12; and Option Year IV � 10/1/12 � 09/30/13.) This requirement is for support, maintenance, upgrades and enhancements to the Motor Carrier Regulatory Information System (MCREGIS). MCREGIS is an electronic database developed for FMCSA. The system enables users to access information by following hyperlinks or using a search engine for quick retrieval. The MCREGIS software has gained widespread acceptance as a valuable resource throughout FMCSA as well as State and local regulatory agencies.
