This Sources Sought Notice is to research the number of large and small businesses capable and interested in the prospective procurement.


The U.S. Government is seeking sources to inspect and overhaul the Antenna Assembly.

Estimated Quantity (QTY) 6 Each Minimum - 14 Each Maximum


Maximum QTY includes Foreign Military Sales (FMS) QTY of 2 EA.


The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul.


Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 120 days from receipt of asset at a rate of 2 per month.

This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Interested offerors responding to this notice must be able to demonstrate that they have access to the TDP or how the requirements can be accomplished without having this data available and without incurring significant additional costs.


This is a sources sought notice. No contract award will result from this sources sought notice, and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government in making an appropriate acquisition decision.
