Maintenance, calibration, or Renovation of the GMLRS - 53’ Control Trailer

The Department of Defense, through the W6QM Micc-Fdo Ft Hood office, has issued a Sources Sought Notice for the renovation and upgrade of GMLRS 53-foot double expanding control and instrumentation trailers. This effort is intended for information and planning purposes to address wear and tear on the current trailers. The scope of work includes comprehensive exterior repairs such as painting, sealing, and servicing masts and jacks, as well as interior renovations involving flooring, ceiling, and wall updates and electrical upgrades. The project is designated as a total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 811210, with performance taking place at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The primary deliverable is a fully renovated GMLRS 53-foot double expanding control trailer, with an estimated completion timeline of 365 days after the award. The renovation requires the procurement of specific equipment, including ten 43-inch Samsung LED TVs, eight Tripp Lite 2kVA rack-mounted UPS units, six Bolin Technology 4K60 outdoor PTZ cameras, and various other items such as Progrid high back chairs, a weatherproof PA system, and kitchen appliances. This notice does not constitute a formal request for proposals or a promise to issue a future solicitation, and the government will not accept unsolicited bids at this time.
