Qualified suppliers currently holding supply arrangements through this RFSA are required to promptly notify the Procurement Authority of ownership changes but are not obligated to resubmit bids during future open periods. They may, however, update vessel specifications during designated bid windows or apply to add new vessels by submitting required documentation. Suppliers with prior supply arrangements outside this RFSA must submit new applications during the official bid periods to be included. The contract is managed by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Government of Canada, with Tammy O'Toole serving as the primary contracting authority.
