*****UPDATE as of 16 January 2019***** Maintenance Of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) Request for Proposal (RFP) number has changed from FA8823-18-R-0004 to FA8823-19-R-0005. The Contracting Officer has changed from Mr. Christopher Maine to Mr. Seneca Alvarado. For all future FBO notices please refer to the new solicitation number. **The directions provided within this package are still valid for requesting access to the Bidders Library.** Bidders' Library Access Instructions (Unclassified) in support of the Maintenance Of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) acquisition. The MOSSAIC acquisition will provide sustainment services for current and future ground-based Space Situational Awareness (SSA) sensors and Space Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) capabilities in the SMC/SYG portfolio. The Link identified in the previous Bidder's library announcement is inoperative due to an upgrade version to the website. The previous version did not have a current authentication provider, which prevented contractors from logging into the site after being given access.
