The objective of this requirement is to provide preventive maintenance for the LC/MS/MS system to ensure the continued and reliable measurement of dehydroascorbic acid and vitamin C in human and cellular samples. 


Service Specifications:


· The service plan shall provide full-service maintenance coverage for the Waters XEVO TQS micro-LC/MS/MS system.


· The coverage shall include Waters FlexCHOICE mySystem service plan for a period of twelve (12) months.


· The service plan shall include a minimum of one (1) scheduled Performance Maintenance (PM) visit during the coverage period.


· Preventive maintenance shall be performed using Waters Quality Parts and standardized service protocols by a certified Waters Field Service Specialist.


· The service plan shall include repair services, including parts, labor, and technical support necessary to maintain system performance.


· The service plan shall provide access to trained and authorized service personnel for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the system.
