Full Description

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is initiating a procurement process for responsive maintenancerepairs, and minor improvement services for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) at various locations through multiple Standing Offers. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify interested parties and gather specific feedback to enhance procurement practices based on private sector experience. Appendix A contains questions for respondents to provide necessary feedback. The RFI has several objectives: highlighting CFHA’s procurement goals, informing the industry about Standing Offer opportunities, presenting samples of a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document for industry feedback, and outlining the current evaluation approach. The RFI is not a bid solicitation and will not result in any contract awards or the creation of a source list. Participation in this RFI will not affect a respondent’s eligibility for future procurement. It solely aims to collect industry feedback, and no expenses incurred in responding will be reimbursed by the Government of Canada.
