NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to award a sole source contract to HACH Company Instrument Service and Parts, Loveland, Colorado 80539. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This requirement is for a 2 year service agreement for Hach Bio Tector Model B3500c-TOC Analyzer that is currently in place aboard Camp Lejeune, NC.
