THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of annual maintenance support for an APC Symmetra 80KW battery backup unit currently installed and operational at the Alabama National Guard COOP site Ft. McClellan building 1023. This Power unit provides battery backup power for critical network equipment. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811219 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 20.5 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. It is our goal that this requirement can be competitive or a Small Business Set- Aside. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hub zone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the Alabama National Guard requests a company to provide a service that meets or exceeds the following capability: Maintenance support for an APC Symmetra 80KW battery backup unit to include: three phase UPS / PDU units includes 7x24 tech support, 5x8 PM Visit, Next Business Day (NBD) 5x8 response; annual preventative maintenance, on- site remedial services, and remote monitoring. The contractor shall be capable of furnishing all required labor, material, facilities, transportation, and equipment to accomplish, repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging, and return to the government in a completely serviceable/like new condition at the unit prices established at the time of a contract award, the items of the Alabama National Guard listed below. The contractor will be responsible for demo equipment and service of the requested product.
