INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Office of Acquisition Management Services (OAMS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NMS Imaging Inc., located at 12501 Prosperity Drive, Ste. 205, Silver Spring, Maryland, for NMS Imaging maintenance and support for the Electronic Workflow (eFlow) system. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(i). NMS Imaging created/customized eFlow and is the only known source that can provide the necessary maintenance and support. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE; THEREFORE, REQUEST FOR SUCH DOCUMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID RESPONSES. All responsible sources that have determined they can provide the eFlow maintenance renewal may submit a capabilities statement. The email subject line must reference - Electronic Workflow Maintenance. All responses are due by September 20th 2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time and sent to bryan.daines@psc.hhs.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government.
