Maintenance Support for Canon Image Runner 110, Canon Image Runner 125 and Canon Image Press C7000VP

The IRS Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OTPS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a maintenance pooled plan, remedial support, engine and accessories, toner and supply inclusive on the Canon Image Runner 110, Canon Image Runner 125, and the Canon Image Press C7000VP to Canon, U.S.A. 2110 Washington Blvd., Ste. 300 Arlington, VA 22204. Maintenance services on the Canon Image Runner and Image Press copiers are needed to support the Graphics Division for Treasury Departmental Offices clients. Canon is the only vendor that is capable of acquiring parts, services and software for this particular product. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a 12 month period of performance from 15 February 2012 through 14 February 2013 with two option years. The NAICS code is 811212 and size standard is $25,000,000.00 This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302.
