Charlotte Water is seeking a qualified structural engineering firm to provide analysis and investigative services for structures and buildings associated with the Mallard Creek Water Reclamation Facility – Phase 1 Project in North Carolina. The solicitation, identified as FY27-RFQ-01, was issued on May 26, 2026, with responses due by June 11, 2026, and is conducted under a qualifications-based selection process as mandated by North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31, meaning award will be made without regard to cost.
