This requirement is for a Managed Print Services (MPS) operating lease and comprehensive maintenance program at Luke AFB and its Geographically Separated Units, such as Gila Bend Axillary Air Field. The scope consists of:
Leasing approximately 278 Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) with secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic.
Full-service maintenance, parts, and toners for the leased fleet, plus maintenance and supplies (including toners) for approximately 481 government-owned printers.
Providing a full-time, on-site technical associate to manage CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management.
