On behalf of the Los Angeles Regional Training Group (“RTG”), a joint powers authority, operating as the Los Angeles Area Fire Chief’s Association (“LAAFCA”), the Santa Monica Fire Department (“Department”) is seeking a Management Consultant to assume the Executive Director position, providing direction and leadership for the execution and achievement of the LAAFCA Regional Training Group strategic plan and subsequent long-term regional training needs.  This solicitation is made solely for the benefit of the LAAFCA and the selected management consultant will report to the LAAFCA Executive Board.  This procurement does not create any express or implied employment relationship with the City of Santa Monica.
