Work shall include but not be limited to: clearing, grubbing, burning, stripping and overburden removal. A small amount of additional clearing only work is included at Boom creek to prepare the work site for an important culvert replacement this spring.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $500,000, Taxes extra.PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATEContractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than April 8, 2023ENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
