BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing concrete sidewalk at the Maple Health Centre (10424 Keele Street) to create a wider, accessible pedestrian pathway, as further described in Appendix C – Form of ContractFor complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S): OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
