THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) is negotiating on a Brand Name basis for MARATHON 135KW ABS MARINE GENERATOR SETS in accordance with solicitation specifications. The posting date of the solicitation is 7/24/2025 with a closing date on 8/4/2025. Complete description in attached solicitation posted. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis to Marathon Generators per FAR 6.302.
