The information gathered will assist the Government in ensuring there is adequate competition among a potential pool of responsible contractors. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this announcement. Please refer to the attached Sources Sought documentation for the updated details of this action. The Capabilities Statement requested for this Sources Sought is not intended to be a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It is intended to request statements that thoroughly demonstrate interested companies existing expertise and experience (or developed plans for such) in relation to the areas specified herein. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may be submitted alongside the Capabilities Statement. Submission of a Capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities.
