WHERE & WHEN TO SUBMIT BID Bids will be received by the City of Columbus, Department of Recreation & Parks, Design & Construction, at www.bidexpress.com until September 23, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time. DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com. Drawings and technical specifications are contract documents. PRE-BID CONFERENCE A pre-bid conference will be held on September 5, 2025 @ 11:00am at 2801 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, OH 43207.
