MARITIME COURSES OF INSTRUCTION

The Naval Special Warfare Command is soliciting quotes for a total small business set-aside contract, solicitation number H9224026QE008, to provide maritime courses of instruction for Naval Special Warfare Group FOUR SWCC personnel. The contract is a five-year agreement with a possible six-month extension, with a cumulative total value not to exceed 2,000,000 dollars. The primary objective is to provide seats in USCG-approved training, specifically for 100T Masters, RADAR Observer Unlimited, Celestial Navigation, and STCW certification. Performance will take place at contractor facilities within a 50-mile radius of Virginia Beach, Virginia; San Diego, California; and Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The government will award the contract based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, evaluating price, representations and certifications, technical acceptability, and past performance. The selected contractor is responsible for providing all training materials and submitting monthly After-Action Reports and annual manpower reports. Invoicing and payment must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
