Maritime Mining Facility Construction Award NSA Panama City, Panama City, FL

The Maritime Mining Facility will be an approximately 100' X 40' structure with an open first floor high bay including modular rooms, unisex restroom, and lab sinks to the rear. A Restricted Access (RA) room is also required to store classified hardware. A large frontal roll-up door is included to provide sufficient access with an overhead crane to safely support all internal handling operations. The engineered partial second floor loft (25' X 40') will also be serviced by the overhead crane and will be connected to the first floor high bay via stairway. Construction of this facility will extend a significant cost savings to A-Dept by removing the logistical problems associated with having numerous satellite work areas coupled with off-site storage. By eliminating these logistical issues, more of our sponsor allocated funding will be devoted to end product design and integration.
