The purpose of Amendment No. 3 is to extend the market survey response due date to November 18, 2021 and to post the answers to industry's questions. The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to extend the response due date to November 11, 2021. The purpose of this amendment to the Market Survey/RFI is to include Attachment B - Business Declaration Form. This Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) is being issued in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1.
