If a solicitation is issued, it will be synopsized on the FAA's Contract Opportunities web page. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation. Accordingly, this Market Survey must not be construed as either a promise to award a contract or an obligation for the Government to provide compensation for information associated with the preparation and submittal of inquiries addressing this Market Survey. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The FAA reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. Responses will not be returned.
