This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only to identify capable firms for a large-scale construction project (exceeding more than $30,000,000 ) at the Veteran’s Affairs (VA) Office in Canandaigua, NY. This is a special notice only. 1. Description of Work


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, is seeking capability statements from the construction community to determine the availability and technical capability of general construction firms. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to exceed more than $30,000,000 .


The project scope involves the extensive demolition, hazardous material abatement, and renovation of two existing structures at the VA Office in Canandaigua, NY:
