Mary Lin Elementary School Building Systems Upgrades and Improvements

Atlanta Public Schools is soliciting a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for building systems upgrades and improvements at Mary Lin Elementary School in Atlanta, Georgia. The project scope includes the removal of existing built-up roofing and installation of a new TPO roof at the 1928 building, replacement of exterior finishes with an Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS), and the replacement of canopies around the building. The selected firm will provide both preconstruction and construction services, including value engineering, constructability reports, and the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) upon completion of the design phase.
