The U.S. Army TMDE Activity is soliciting three manual mass comparators to replace aging equipment at its Army Physical Standards Labs located at Building 5435, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The required units include one model XPR6U with a maximum capacity of 6.1 grams and 0.1 milligram readability, one model XPR26003LC with a 26.1 gram capacity and 1 milligram readability, and one model AX106 with a 111 gram capacity and 1 milligram readability. All devices must be delivered to the specified address, with Bradford Suggs listed as the point of contact for receipt. The solicitation, numbered PANRSA26P0000033349, was posted on May 1, 2026, with proposals due by May 18, 2026, and is issued under NAICS code 334513 by the Department of Defense through the W6QK Acc-Rsa office. While technical specifications for measurement precision are clearly defined, the solicitation lacks detailed information regarding contract type, estimated value, payment terms, invoicing procedures, or any assigned contracting officer or technical representative. There is no provision for electronic submission; proposals must be physically delivered. No packaging, marking, inspection, or acceptance criteria are explicitly outlined, nor are any military standards such as MIL-STD-129 or MIL-STD-130 referenced. Similarly, no evaluation factors for award, special contract requirements, or offeror certifications are included. The absence of FAR clauses, Section K representations, and pricing data suggests this document serves primarily as a technical and delivery requirement notice, with critical administrative and financial components either omitted or contained in separate unprovided documentation.
