This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 337910, Mattress Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 employees.

The 91st Security Forces Group (91 SFG) at Minot AFB, North Dakota has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of mattresses as well as removal and disposal of old mattresses at 15 different facilities in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
